When you hire Sheri, you get a highly professional and skilled team that makes the home selling process seamless. We were selling our house from 1000 miles away. Sheri and her team identified things that needed fixing, got the right people to make repairs (at reasonable rates), sent pictures, and managed the entire process.

When I first contacted her, I told her I had very specific desires and needs in home I wanted to purchase. She listened carefully and presented my husband and me with 5
properties that meet my requests. I appreciated this attention to my exact request as
our time was very limited and she did not waste any of it.
When we decided on the home we wanted to make an offer on, She investigated the history of the listing, and shared suggestions about what we might offer and why.
My husband thought Sheri’s suggested offer was too low, but I felt her rationale
was very astute and and her confidence convinced me she knew what she was doing.
It was very clear she was OUR realtor and did everything with the care, diligence
and passion on our behalf that she would have done if she were making the purchase
for herself.
